Marty and I are happy to write about our experiences with "Cookin Carol" of Mount Apatite Farm Catering. We have used your fine catering business at our home for business dinners and for two private affairs: a 50th anniversary party and a wedding reception. In each case, the process was easy, the price was fair (and was fully discussed well in advance), and the food and service were exceptional
We have appreciated your willingness to accommodate the particular needs that we had in each instance that we have worked together. And we respect your experience with a broad range of catering and have found your advice to be invaluable as we fine tune details.
After the wedding dinner last Saturday we said to each other that it went so well that we wished we had another event to plan so that we could immediately book you again. We don't have any such plans at the moment, but we can think about another dinner with full confidence that we have an experienced caterer who will make it a wonderful experience for all.
