Hello from Mount Apatite Farm!
A historic working vegetable and flower farm here in Auburn, Maine.
We run the business here at the farm in a licensed commercial kitchen, always using the freshest local ingredients.
The gardens are right out the door so we pick fresh herbs, edible flowers and vegetables when in season.
We sell organic herbs, flowers, baked goods, prepared foods and specialty items. You can find us at the Lewiston Farmer’s Market on Sundays during the summer season from May until November. We are available for specialized catered events. I traveled to Australia to cater a 50th birthday party and to Florida to cater a wedding with an Autumn theme. I had to bring the leaves and pumpkins with me.
My life is an adventure in cooking! You'll either find me in the kitchen or the garden! Our goal is to provide you with excellent food and service. From our farm to your table!

Our Philosophy
To grow high quality organic vegetables, herbs and flowers.
If you grow your own vegetables then you know where they come from and what is in it. There are no chemicals used in our gardens!
There are so many herbs that are good for our heath and well being.
Flowers are my passion and put a smile on my face and yours! We all need some beauty on this planet!
I didn't set out to be a farmer but my garden kept growing and I had an over abundance of produce. That's when the farmer's markets began.
Along the way I have taught a few children and adults how to plant a seed and grow a garden.
Now my sons have come home to run the farm, amazing things are happening!
I feel blessed every day when I walk up in the garden and shout up in the sky, thank you!
